Tom Redman, the Chairman of the Board and a founder of the Bountiful Basket Food Shelf retires January, 2023.  Tom played an integral role in founding and opening the Bountiful Basket back in 2008. He has worn many hats over the years including developing operations, communications, a strong volunteer network, identifying food supply sources and most of all, helping to feed those in need across Eastern Carver County.

“After 14 years of helping to build the Bountiful Basket Food Shelf with our Board, volunteers and partners I have decided that it is time to retire. The journey has been a wonderful experience in regards to the number of people we have helped,” Tom Redman.

In August of 2022, Bountiful Basket hired an Executive Director, Patti Sinykin.  Patti has over 10 years of experience in the area of food insecurity and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Bountiful Basket. The Board will be replacing their Chairman, in the interim, Beth Peta, the VP Chairman will act as Board Chairman.

On behalf of everyone at Bountiful Basket Food Shelf, thank you Tom for your dedication and passion for serving the community. We wish you the best!
