What an incredible Night to Unite! 💚 Across Carver County, neighborhoods and communities came together for an evening of connection—and once again showed how much can happen when we all pitch in. A huge thank you to everyone who donated, collected food, hosted a neighborhood gathering, volunteered, or helped spread the word, and to the cities of Chaska, Chanhassen, Carver, and Victoria for participating in our multi-city Food Drive Challenge.
Together, our communities collected an amazing 6,600+ pounds of food, school supplies for Love INC of Carver County, and more than $4,800 in financial donations! Every bag, box, and donation added up, helping stock the shelves at Bountiful Basket and provide additional support for families throughout our community.
And while every city showed up in a big way, there could only be one winner! Congratulations to the City of Chaska, which collected more than 1,800 pounds of food and approximately $3,900—earning bragging rights and the coveted traveling pineapple trophy! 🍍🏆 Thank you to everyone who participated for making this such a fun and meaningful community effort. We can’t wait to see who takes home the pineapple next year!
